Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

At DNA Services Inc., we aim to be clear and fair about purchases.

1. General Rule

Unless otherwise stated on a specific offer, order page, or signed agreement, all sales are final.

2. Consulting / Coaching / Strategy Services

Fees for consulting, coaching, strategy calls, advisory services, and booked time are generally non-refundable once purchased or scheduled, because capacity is reserved for you.

3. Digital Products / Training

Digital products, downloads, templates, training materials, and online educational content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in writing on the offer page.

4. Software / Subscription Services

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time going forward, but past charges are generally non-refundable unless:

required by law, or
otherwise stated in a written offer or agreement

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for prior billing periods.

5. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, partial refund, service credit, or replacement access in specific cases such as:

duplicate charges
technical billing errors
failure to deliver purchased access
legal or consumer protection requirements
6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at info@dnabusiness.net
before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or denial of future service.
