This Shipping Policy explains how DNA Services Inc. handles shipping for any physical products sold through https://dnabusiness.net.

1. Digital Products and Services

Most products and services offered by DNA Services Inc., including consulting, coaching, software, training, subscriptions, and digital materials, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

If you purchase a digital product or service, delivery details will be provided by email, account access, download link, scheduling confirmation, or other electronic method.

2. Physical Products

From time to time, DNA Services Inc. may offer physical products, printed materials, or other items that require shipment.

If a product requires shipping, the applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before your order is completed.

3. Processing Time

Orders for physical products are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • product launches

  • inventory shortages

  • events outside our reasonable control

4. Shipping Locations

We currently expect to ship primarily within the United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to limit or decline shipments to certain locations.

Actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • holidays

  • incorrect address information

DNA Services Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, DNA Services Inc. is not responsible for the resulting delay or loss. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information may be provided by email or through the applicable order system once the order has shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@dnabusiness.net as soon as possible.

We may, at our discretion, assist with carrier claims or shipment issues, but we are not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as required by law.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise disclosed before payment is completed.

Unless stated otherwise, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

10. International Shipping

International shipping may not be available unless specifically offered at checkout or approved in writing by DNA Services Inc.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country or jurisdiction.
